The Indian Railways has invited applications for the recruitment of over 10,000 Group D posts. The recruitment will be conducted by the Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs). The online application process will start on 20th June 2023 and will end on 30th July 2023.
Eligibility Criteria for Indian Railways Group D recruitment 2023.
To be eligible for the Group D posts, the candidates must have passed the 10th standard examination from a recognized board. They must also be at least 18 years of age and not more than 30 years of age as on 01st August 2023. There is a relaxation of five years in the upper age limit for SC/ST candidates and three years for OBC candidates.

The starting salary for the Group D posts is ₹18,000 per month. The salary will increase with the years of service.
Selection Process for Indian Railways Group D recruitment 2023.
The selection for the Group D posts will be done through a written examination and a physical test. The written examination will be of objective type and will consist of questions on general awareness, mathematics, and English. The physical test will consist of a running test, a height test, and a weight test.
